热载荷下蜂窝铝基Al2O3涂层材料的残余应力和失效分析Analysis of residual stresses and failure of aluminum honeycomb with Al2O3 coating under thermal loads

摘要(Abstract):
采用硬质阳极氧化技术为6061蜂窝制备了54μm厚的Al_2O_3硬质涂层,并采用X射线衍射技术测试了不同热载荷后合金表面的残余应力。之后利用扫描电镜对不同热载荷涂层的截面形貌进行了表征,研究了热载荷对涂层和基体残余应力的影响,并基于理论模型对这种残余应力进行了估算。不同热载荷条件下基体表面的残余应力值与估算结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:涂层由γ-Al_2O_3物相组成;在400~500℃范围内,随着热载荷温度的增加,涂层处的裂纹增加,但涂层与基体结合良好;600℃后涂层出现大量裂纹,并且在界面处出现严重的脱层现象。
