单板层积材热压升温曲线数值模拟的研究Numerical simulation of hot-press temperature curve of laminated veneer lumber

摘要(Abstract):
基于单板层积材热压升温曲线特征与马尔萨斯(Malthus)模型特征的相似性,通过类比方法,建立温度与时间的数学模型,采用SPSS程序的非线性拟合方法,求得升温速率系数k值;通过试验验证了模型的准确性,对比了理论与试验的温度曲线,并对结果进行了分析与讨论。结果表明,单板层积材热压升温曲线试验与理论曲线的R2值在0.95以上,单板层积材热压升温模型具有较高的可信度。k值与单板胶层所在位置的层数x呈线性关系,线性方程为k=-0.0019x+0.0199,R2值为0.999;k值与板坯层数x呈线性关系,线性方程为k=-0.0022x+0.0358,R2值为0.941。
