快冷稀土镁合金中沉淀相析出及其压缩力学性能Precipitation of precipitated phase in rapid cooling rare earth magnesium alloy and its compression property

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪等研究了AZ91-0. 75 mass%Er合金的快冷组织及其沉淀相的析出行为,分析了不同条件下合金的压缩性能。结果表明:非平衡效应的增强可以有效细化快冷合金晶粒组织,抑制针状Al-Er稀土相形成,促使晶界相以不连续岛状形式分布;经200℃时效处理后,铜模喷铸合金中析出了Mg-Er化合物相,随时效时间延长,析出相的体积分数和尺寸不断增加,其中时效16 h后发生严重的团聚及粗化现象;晶粒细化与固溶强化有利于提高铜模喷铸合金的压缩强度;随时效过程进行,快冷合金的压缩强度先升后降,其中时效8 h后的压缩强度最高可达438. 41 MPa。
