钛-铜-不锈钢扩散复合管界面组织与性能Microstructure and properties of diffusion bonded interface of titanium-copper-stainless steel composite tube

摘要(Abstract):
采用304不锈钢钢管作为基层,工业纯钛管作为覆层,纯铜箔作为中间层,用拉拔-内压扩散方法制备钛/铜/不锈钢复合管。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪对界面组织、化学成分、断口形貌和组成相进行分析。通过硬度和剪切试验测定界面的显微硬度和剪切强度。结果表明,钛/铜、铜/不锈钢界面发生了原子互扩散,并在钛/铜界面形成了不同层次的过渡组织。850℃时,中间层铜可以有效地阻止钛、铁生成脆性金属间化合物。界面显微硬度值随着扩散温度的升高而增大;剪切强度随着扩散温度的升高先增加后降低。
