预时效对汽车车身用Al-Mg-Si-Cu铝合金板材组织及性能的影响Effect of pre-ageing on microstructure and properties of an Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy used for automotive body sheets

摘要(Abstract):
研究了预时效工艺对汽车车身用Al-Mg-Si-Cu铝合金板材组织及性能的影响。结果表明,合金板材固溶水淬后进行合适的预时效处理,能够显著降低自然时效的有害作用,合金板材的成形性能及烘烤硬化能力显著提高。预时效处理后,形成的原子团簇(或GP区)尺寸明显大于自然时效形成的原子团簇(或GP区),能够作为合金主要强化相β″的形核核心,有效促进烘烤条件下β″相的析出,从而显著提高板材烤漆硬化能力。合金板材经150℃/5 min预时效后,能够获得成形性能和烘烤硬化能力的良好组合。
