农业纤维物料对9SiCr钢磨损性能的影响Friction and wear behavior of 9SiCr steel by agricultural fibrous materials

摘要(Abstract):
在磨料磨损试验机上,以农业纤维物料为磨料对不同热处理工艺下的9SiCr钢试样进行磨料磨损试验,通过测定硬度和冲击韧度观察显微组织和磨损表面的形貌,分析了农业纤维物料对9SiCr钢的磨损行为的影响。结果表明,软磨料磨损中伴有硬磨料磨损的特征;9SiCr钢的磨料磨损以显微切削机制为主导,疲劳磨损机制引起的剥落现象并不明显;在软磨料磨损中,足够高的材料硬度是9SiCr钢能够有效抵抗磨料磨损的首要前提,但硬度与耐磨性并不呈函数关系,当硬度升到适当高度时,提高韧度达到硬度和韧度的合理配合可以提高耐磨性。
