烧结温度对快速热压烧结PEEK材料结构及力学、热学和摩擦学性能的影响Effect of sintering temperature on structure and mechanical, thermal and tribological properties of PEEK material prepared by rapid hot pressing sintering

摘要(Abstract):
聚醚醚酮(PEEK)因独特的结构使其具有良好的自润滑性、耐高温及耐水解等优异的综合性能。但PEEK作为特种工程塑料代表之一,由于成型温度高,普通塑料的成型方式和腔体磨具很难满足其要求。鉴于此,利用真空热压烧结技术在不同烧结温度下制备了纯PEEK材料。采用X射线衍射、红外和热重等表征手段对材料的结构、力学性能和热学性能进行表征,并利用多功能摩擦磨损试验机、三维轮廓仪和扫描电镜等分析了材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:烧结温度没有改变PEEK材料的结构,对其热学性能影响较小;随着烧结温度的升高,PEEK材料的硬度稍有增加,热稳定性有一定程度的提高;当烧结温度为350℃时,PEEK材料的拉伸性能和摩擦磨损性能最佳,抗拉强度、弹性模量和磨损率分别为65.15 MPa、6.42 GPa和0.513×10~(-4) mm~3/(N·m)。
