热处理和添加Cu对51CrV4弹簧钢力学性能的影响Effect of heat-treatment and copper addition on mechanical properties of a 51CrV4 spring steel

摘要(Abstract):
研究了热处理工艺和添加Cu元素对高速列车用51CrV4弹簧钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,实验用钢的相变点随着升温速度的增加而提高;随着回火温度的升高,实验用钢的硬度和强度均下降,伸长率、面缩率和冲击值略有增加;钢中加入0.15%~0.20%的Cu元素有利于提高钢的硬度,减弱了回火温度变化对强度的影响;实验用钢在460~500℃范围回火时,其力学性能均满足EN13298∶2003标准要求。
