0Cr17 Mn14 Mo2N双相不锈钢组织与性能的关系The Relationship of Properties and Microstructure of 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N Duplex Stainless Steel

摘要(Abstract):
铸态 0Cr1 7Mn1 4Mo2N双相不锈钢经过不同温度热处理后 ,δ 铁素体由枝晶状到长条状再到球状逐渐变化 ,其分布也由相对集中变得较均匀。当加热温度低于 1 2 50℃时 ,温度越高 ,δ 铁素体的球化率越高 ,分布也越均匀。拉伸试验表明在 1 1 50℃加热的试样的塑性高于 1 0 50℃加热的试样。但在 1 2 50℃加热时 ,微观组织由粗大的等轴状δ 铁素体晶粒及存在于铁素体晶界的针状二次奥氏体组成 ,塑性低于在 1 1 50℃热处理的试样。
