Cr26高铬铸铁的抗氧化性Oxidation resistance of Cr26 high chromium cast iron

摘要(Abstract):
为确定高铬铸铁构件在高温下安全使用范围,采用增重法研究了Cr26高铬铸铁在900~1200℃下的氧化动力学,利用XRD、SEM和EDS对该种合金经900~1200℃×100 h恒温氧化后的氧化膜的微观形貌、相组成及其抗氧化机理进行了分析研究。结果表明:Cr26高铬铸铁在1000~1200℃下的氧化动力学表明,随温度升高,时间延长,氧化速度加剧且氧化膜层状剥落,不抗氧化;900℃下,表面形成了完整的保护膜,且无剥落,氧化速度明显降低,抗氧化性能好。
