双级时效处理对TB8合金组织和性能的影响Effect of double aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical property of TB8 titanium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
对双态区轧制的TB8钛合金进行不同的热处理,研究双级时效处理对不同固溶状态合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:无论是单相区还是双态区固溶,TB8合金在400℃预时效处理后强度显著提高,塑性下降;但是对比来说,双态区固溶样品的塑性明显优于单相区固溶样品,主要是由于在400℃预时效过程中发生了β相向ω相的转变。双态区固溶样品由于有初生α相协调变形,塑性较好。进一步进行600℃的常规时效处理后,合金强度继续升高,主要是因为600℃时效过程中α相借助ω相形核长大,形成大量的交错排布的细针片状α相。双态区固溶+双级时效处理后,合金强度显著升高,塑性可以保持较好水平,显示出明显的综合性能优势。
