固溶处理对Al-Mg-4.5Si-4.5Zn合金组织及性能的影响Effect of solution treatment on microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-4.5Si-4.5Zn alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜和布氏硬度计等研究了固溶处理对Al-Mg-4.5Si-4.5Zn合金微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度对Al-Mg-4.5Si-4.5Zn合金第二相形貌和数量影响较大,随着固溶温度的提高,合金中第二相数量降低,第二相形貌逐渐趋于球形;固溶温度和时间对合金的硬度值影响较大,随着固溶温度的提高,合金的硬度值逐步增大,在540℃时达到最大,随着固溶时间的延长,合金的硬度值先增加后降低,在2 h时达到最大;合金中第二相含量随着固溶时间的增加迅速降低,固溶时间超过2 h后合金中残余第二相含量保持平衡,不再发生溶解;对于Al-Mg-4.5Si-4.5Zn合金,其固溶工艺以540℃×2 h为宜。
