汽车用低合金高强钢HC500LA连续退火工艺Continuous annealing process of low alloy high strength steel HC500LA for automobile

摘要(Abstract):
采用Gleeble 3500热模拟机研究了退火工艺参数均热温度和时效温度对低合金高强钢HC500LA力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明:随着均热温度升高,实验钢的铁素体纤维组织再结晶更充分、碳化物逐渐聚集长大且比例增加;再结晶软化发挥主导作用,同时第二相析出物NbTi(N/C)显著长大导致析出强化作用削弱,实验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度显著降低,断后伸长率显著提高;随着时效温度升高,在碳化物弥散强化与柯氏气团钉扎的共同作用下实验钢的屈服强度显著提高;时效温度提高至450℃时,颗粒状碳化物析出减少、弥散强化作用降低,强度下降。通过工业试制,成功开发低合金高强钢HC500LA。
