La-Al-Cu-Ni合金玻璃形成能力与力学性能Glass forming ability and mechanical properties of La-Al-Cu-Ni bulk metallic glasses

摘要(Abstract):
对La-Al-Cu-Ni合金玻璃形成能力、热力学性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(14)Ni_(10)大块金属玻璃具有较高的玻璃形成能力,其临界直径可达14 mm,另外具有较宽的过冷液相区(61 K),较低的玻璃转变温度(400 K)。不同的玻璃形成能力在热力学框架内进行了讨论。La-Al-Cu-Ni合金玻璃形成能力与过冷液态区ΔTx以及参数γ关系较小,且与约化玻璃转变温度Trg关系较大。La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(17)Ni_7、La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(14)Ni_(10)和La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(12)Ni_(12)合金断裂强度超过600 MPa。该合金具有好的力学性能,可作为工程材料使用。
