10Cr9Mo1VNb钢高温时效后的性能及组织研究Study on mechanical properties and microstructure of 10Cr9Mo1VNb steel after high temperature aging

摘要(Abstract):
对10Cr9Mo1VNb钢进行了高温时效试验和时效后的室温力学性能、显微组织研究。结果表明:10Cr9Mo1VNb钢在625℃10000h高温时效后室温下σb为650MPa,与时效前的660MPa相比,仅降低了1.5%左右。透射电镜分析表明,基体析出大量弥散M23C6和MC相是10Cr9Mo1VNb钢具有优良性能的主要原因。
