CrMoCu铸铁离子氮碳共渗/渗硫复合层的微观结构Microstructure of plasma nitrocarburized/sulphurized layer of CrMoCu cast iron

摘要(Abstract):
利用SEM、TEM、EDS、X射线衍射及电子衍射等表面分析技术,研究了在CrMoCu合金铸铁表面制备的离子氮碳共渗/渗硫复合层的微观结构,探讨了氮碳共渗处理对渗硫层形成的影响规律。结果表明:氮碳共渗表面形成的微观粗糙为与硫接触反应提供了丰富界面及表面缺陷,同时氮碳共渗形成的ε相Fe3N的晶体结构类型与渗硫层的FeS的晶体结构相同,因此与在基体表面渗硫相比,有利于渗硫层的形成。
