奥氏体化温度对高锰含碳化物等温淬火球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响Effect of austenitizing temperature on microstructure and properties of high manganese carbidic austempered ductile iron

摘要(Abstract):
研究了不同奥氏体化温度对高锰含碳化物等温淬火球墨铸铁(CADI)组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着奥氏体化温度的升高,高锰CADI组织中的针状铁素体变粗大,数量减少,且会转变为羽毛状,同时弥散分布的碳化物会从网状转变为细小的颗粒状,并且残留奥氏体量及含碳量随奥氏体化温度升高而增加。高锰CADI的宏观硬度与耐磨性能随奥氏体化温度升高而降低,860℃时拥有最高的宏观硬度60 HRC和最少的磨损质量损失12 mg。
