后续热处理对轧制-ECA大应变纯铝组织及性能的影响Effect of post heat treatment on microstructure and properties of pure aluminium subjected to R-ECA

摘要(Abstract):
采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术分析后续热处理对轧制-ECA大应变纯铝微观结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明轧制-ECA加工后的纯铝以小角度晶界为主,随着退火温度的升高,小角度晶界所占比例减小,材料硬度先上升后下降,强度则持续下降。200℃以上温度的退火可以显著消除大应变加工后材料内部的拉长纤维组织;当退火温度超过300℃时,平均晶粒尺寸明显增大。
