固溶温度对2205双相不锈钢焊缝组织与韧性的影响Influence of solution temperature on microstructure and toughness of weld joint in 2205 duplex stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
对采用等离子弧焊(PAW)打底+熔化极氩弧焊(MIG)盖面的2205双相不锈钢平板焊接接头分别进行不同温度的固溶处理,并对热处理后的焊缝部位进行奥氏体和铁素体的两相比例检测,以及显微组织分析及低温冲击韧性检测。结果表明:随固溶温度上升,焊缝铁素体含量逐渐增多;低温冲击韧性值单调升高。当固溶温度低于1000℃时,因σ相的析出,导致焊缝冲击韧性急剧下降。
