铁铝含量对Fe-Cr-Ni合金渗铝涂层及其防结焦性能的影响Effect of Fe and Al content on coking resistance of aluminide coatings on Fe-Cr-Ni alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用固体粉末包埋渗铝法,在Fe-Cr-Ni合金表面制备渗铝涂层,并研究了其因渗剂中铁铝含量的不同对Fe-Cr-Ni合金渗铝、氧化及结焦行为的影响。通过对各组渗铝以及渗铝并氧化后的试样表面及截面微观形貌、相组织进行研究,并结合结焦增重曲线发现,铁铝比例的增加能够促使合金表面形成平整致密的渗铝涂层,提高氧化膜的质量,但也会降低渗层的厚度,影响表面氧化膜的连续性。选用合适的铁铝含量可以获得较高质量的氧化铝涂层,进而达到防结焦效果。
