高温退火时取向电工钢MnS粒子溶解及粗化行为Dissolution and coarsening behavior of MnS particles during high temperature annealing of grain oriented electrical steels

摘要(Abstract):
利用高分辨扫描电子显微镜观察了Fe-3%Si合金中MnS粒子的分布及经高温退火后的变化,借以探索MnS粒子的统计分析方法及其抑制作用原理。热力学计算与观察结果的对比分析显示,随退火温度的升高不仅出现MnS粒子的溶解行为,也存在粗化现象,但粗化过程并不显著,粒子仍基本保持弥散细小状态,因而可以发挥抑制晶界迁移的作用。MnS粒子的高温溶解是造成其抑制作用弱化的主要原因。分析认为,MnS明显高于基体的比容是造成其难以粗化并保持抑制作用的重要原因。
