振幅对消失模铸造灰铸铁组织及力学性能的影响Effect of amplitude on microstructure and mechanical properties of gray casting iron produced by lost foam casting

摘要(Abstract):
采用振动消失模铸造制备了Y形HT100灰铸铁,研究振幅对消失模铸造灰铸铁组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着振幅增大,灰铸铁中短而薄的A型片状石墨增多,奥氏体组织由柱状晶向胞状晶转变;当振幅为2 mm时,珠光体中的片状渗碳体发生粗化、片间距变大,即珠光体中的碳化物由片状向粒状转变;灰铸铁的硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率均随振幅增大先增大后减小;当振幅为3 mm时,灰铸铁硬度最大,而在振幅为2 mm时,灰铸铁的抗拉强度和伸长率最高,其最高数值分别为160 HBW、147. 51 MPa和1. 17%;灰铸铁性能的改变主要由灰铸铁中奥氏体形态、分布,以及A型片状石墨所决定。
