18-8型奥氏体不锈钢动态应变时效后的微观组织Microstructure of 18-8 Type Austenitic Stainless Steel after Dynamic Strain Aging Treatment

摘要(Abstract):
研究了188型奥氏体不锈钢动态应变时效现象的规律,发现在5×10-4s-1的应变速率下,在523~673K和723~873K的温度范围内会出现动态应变时效现象;在此基础上研究了材料在发生动态应变时效时的微观组织。结果表明:在动态应变时效过程中发生的运动位错与溶质原子之间的交互作用使材料的位错组态发生变化,在相同的预应变量下,随着动态应变时效预处理的温度升高,材料的位错密度提高,形成更复杂、更稳定的位错组态。
