热处理对一种碳钢电阻焊管组织和性能的影响Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of a carbon steel resistance electric welded pipe

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微分析、显微硬度测试和腐蚀试验方法研究了一种碳钢电阻焊管焊接区的显微组织和性能。结果表明:电阻焊后焊接区因冷却速率快形成马氏体组织,硬度高,焊接区存在明显的选择性腐蚀,沿焊缝方向形成腐蚀沟槽,沟槽腐蚀的敏感性高。焊后的相变热处理可消除焊接区的马氏体组织,得到与母材相近的组织,但熔合线主要以铁素体为主,其显微硬度比母材偏低,选择性腐蚀集中在熔合线,其沟槽腐蚀敏感性明显降低。
