铬对Q345钢过冷奥氏体动态连续冷却转变曲线的影响Effect of chromium on dynamic continuous transformation of overcooled austenite for Q345 steel

摘要(Abstract):
为利用低成本铁矿石中的Cr元素,本工作在原Q345钢的基础上调整成分(降碳降锰)并进行Cr合金化处理,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)及热膨胀法,并结合组织观察硬度测定绘制了4种不同Cr含量的低合金结构钢的动态连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线。结果表明,Cr含量增加,提高了钢材的硬度;降低了先共析铁素体的析出温度,推迟了铁素体转变,同时缩小了铁素体、珠光体组织形成的范围,扩大了贝氏体的转变区域,在较大的冷速范围内更容易出现贝氏体,影响实际生产中对钢中铁素体与珠光体组织的控制。但相比于原Q345成分的钢材,经过成分调整(降碳降锰增铬)处理后的钢材在低于0.5℃/s的冷速下均可形成室温下为F+P的两相组织,提高了实际生产中形成所需组织的临界冷却速度,为企业的生产效率的提升提供了一定空间。
