超声处理对Mg-9Al-Zn-0.6Ce-1.2Ca镁合金组织及耐蚀性的影响Effect of ultrasonic treatment on microstructure and corrosion resistance of Mg-9Al-Zn-0.6Ce-1.2Ca magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、极化曲线测试等研究了超声处理功率(0、600、650、700、750 W)对Mg-9Al-Zn-0.6Ce-1.2Ca合金组织与耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随超声处理功率逐渐增大,Mg-9Al-Zn-0.6Ce-1.2Ca合金中α-Mg相平均晶粒尺寸先增大后减小,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相体积分数减少,并从连续网状变为半网状、散点状,合金耐蚀性随超声处理功率增大先增大后减小;经650 W超声处理后,合金中α-Mg相平均晶粒尺寸降至最低,相比于未进行超声处理的合金,降低了52.7%,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相呈半网状、散点状,此时合金的耐腐蚀性能最佳。
