胶原和热处理对Ti合金表面HA涂层性能的影响Effect of collagen and heat treatment on the properties of HA coating on Ti alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用仿生生长法在Ti合金表面生长HA涂层,在模拟体液中引入胶原并对生成的涂层进行热处理,研究胶原和热处理对Ti合金表面HA涂层性能的影响。利用SEM、XRD和IR检测热处理前后涂层的形貌、物相以及结构,通过超声振荡方法定性比较不同涂层与基体的结合强度以及溶解性。结果表明,胶原的引入不影响涂层的物相组成,有利于增强涂层的韧性,涂层经热处理后发生晶化,提高了涂层的结晶度,在涂层与基体之间形成了TiO_2过渡层,超声振荡试验说明经热处理后的涂层与基体的结合强度有所提高,并减慢了其在生理盐水中的溶解速度。
