高硼中碳合金在低真空环境下的高温磨损行为High temperature wear behavior of high-boron middle-carbon alloy steel in low vacuum environment

摘要(Abstract):
研究了在低真空环境下,200~600℃温度区间内高硼中碳合金的高温磨损性能。结果表明:高硼中碳合金在200~500℃温度区间内磨损量随温度提高而线性增大,在600℃时摩擦系数的波动越来越剧烈,摩擦表层金属产生相变而使磨损量增大了一个数量级。低温环境下磨损表现为局部的塑性变形疲劳和氧化磨损,高温环境下摩擦表层软化并形成带状组织,产生更强的塑性流动和氧化磨损,粘着磨损不明显。在600℃时磨损亚表层的共晶硼碳化合物为颗粒状,且磨损亚表层的厚度最厚。
