304不锈钢与1060铝合金摩擦焊界面的组织及性能Microstructure and properties of friction welding interface between 304 stainless steel and 1060 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
对?22 mm的1060铝合金与?20 mm的304不锈钢进行摩擦焊接,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了其焊接界面处的组织结构,用材料试验机和显微硬度仪测试了焊接接头的力学性能。结果表明,采用摩擦焊接可实现1060铝与304不锈钢的有效连接,焊后工件形成摩擦焊特有的飞边结构,焊缝致密无缺陷,接头拉伸强度接近甚至超过铝母材;界面的结合形式为机械结合+冶金结合,发现有Fe_2Al_5、FeAl_(3 )和Fe_4Al_(13)等金属间化合物的产生;界面处的显微硬度值最大为437 HV,高于钢侧母材金属。
