合金钢强韧化热处理组织结构高通量高分辨率三维重建High-throughput, high-resolution 3D reconstruction of alloy steel microstructure after strengthening-toughening heat treatment

摘要(Abstract):
应用距离相关函数法,重构了桥梁锚具用40Cr合金钢淬火层和航空高速重载传动件用18Ni合金钢低温稀土共渗层的三维组织结构。结果表明:该方法分辨率取决于组织结构的二维图像,因此可以达到超高分辨率。另外,提出的多级重构算法突破了传统算法重构尺寸极限(150~3体元),可在短时内重建200~3体元尺寸,因此具有高通量特性。该方法为合金钢组织结构的表征提供了一种简单易用的、介于二维体视学与三维成像技术之间的有效途径。
