Fe-Mn-Si合金水泥约束下的应力诱发马氏体逆相变Constraint stress-induced reverse martensitic transformation of Fe-Mn-Si alloy embedded in cement

摘要(Abstract):
采用X射线衍射分析、金相观察等对Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni形状记忆合金在水泥基体约束状态下的应力诱发ε马氏体逆相变特征进行研究。结果表明,与非约束状态相比,试验合金在水泥基体约束下的逆相变的终止温度Af升高,而且预应变越大,Af越高。水泥基体约束限制Fe-Mn-Si合金变形协调是造成其逆相变困难的主要原因。
