露点温度对含铜高强钢表面选择性氧化的影响Effect of dew point temperature on surface selective oxidation behavior of Cu-bearing high strength steel

摘要(Abstract):
使用镀锌模拟器模拟了高强钢的退火过程:样品在镀锌模拟器中被加热到临界温度,保温75 s后快速冷却到室温。使用扫描电镜、辉光放电光谱法和光电子能谱仪分析了样品表面的氧化行为。结果表明,高强钢表面的氧化状态受退火时露点温度的影响,采用较高露点温度(-10℃)可以明显抑制高强钢表面氧化物的形成。添加0.3 mass%的铜可以抑制表面硅和锰的氧化物形成,提高抑制效果。
