超声波对镁铝水滑石膜表面沉积铈盐转化膜的影响Influence of ultrasonic wave on deposition of cerium-based conversion coating on Mg alloy with Mg-Al hydrotalcite film

摘要(Abstract):
采用超声辅助在AZ91D镁合金镁铝水滑石膜表面制备铈盐转化膜以提高其膜层的耐蚀性,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析膜层形貌及成分,极化曲线和交流阻抗测试评价膜层的耐蚀性,研究了超声波功率对镁铝水滑石膜表面沉积铈盐转化膜的影响规律。结果表明,当超声功率为150 W时,镁铝水滑石膜微裂纹处沉积了铈盐转化膜,表现出良好的铈盐封闭效果,提高了膜层的耐蚀性。
