低碳钢激光表面合金化的组织与性能STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF MILD STEEL TREATED BY LASER SURFACE ALLOYING

摘要(Abstract):
本文采用1.5kW CO_2激光加工系统和自制的粉末喂给装置进行低碳钢激光表面合金化SiC 的处理,获得具有 C 1.25~2.46及 Si 3.63~7.19(wt%)成份的细小的凝固组织,其硬度可达900~1160HV。用光镜、扫描电镜、电子探针、离子探针、透射电镜、显微硬度计等手段分析了合金化区域的成份、组织、性能及其关系,并探讨了凝固机理与硬化机理。
