无限冷激铸铁表面等离子束合金化强化研究Research on plasma alloying strengthening treatment on infinite chilled cast iron

摘要(Abstract):
利用优化的等离子束工艺参数对无限冷激铸铁表面进行合金化强化处理,并经650℃高温回火处理,获得高硬度、耐磨的合金化层组织。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计对等离子束合金化层进行分析,并对摩擦磨损性能进行了分析。试验结果表明,合金化层与基体之间实现了冶金结合,并形成了以莱氏体、马氏体、碳化物为主的显微组织,合金化层的细晶强化和回火弥散析出强化等强化作用,使显微硬度高达1200 HV0.2,合金化加回火处理后的耐磨性相对于基体提高了大约2倍。
