退火温度对钢板抗鳞爆性能的影响Effect of annealing temperature on fish scaling resistance of micro-alloyed enamel steel sheet

摘要(Abstract):
选用添加钛、铌元素的超低碳微合金钢为对象,分别对其进行750、800和850℃,保温135 s的退火处理,研究3种退火温度对钢板再结晶晶粒形貌和析出相种类的影响,同时基于欧洲标准EN 10209:2013测试3种退火钢板的氢渗透值(TH),评价退火温度对钢板抗鳞爆性能的影响。结果表明:在压下率相同条件下,退火温度影响钢板的再结晶组织和析出相种类与数量,其中800℃时,试验钢板的再结晶晶粒细小均匀,形成了Mn S、Ti_4S_2C_2和TiC等析出相,其氢渗透值TH最大,即抗鳞爆性最好。
