盐浴渗氮对C110钢耐冲刷腐蚀性能的影响Effect of salt bath nitriding process on erosion corrosion resistance of C110 steel

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高C110钢的耐腐蚀和耐冲刷性能,对C110钢在430~640℃下进行盐浴渗氮,并通过XRD、SEM、OM和显微硬度仪研究了C110钢渗氮层的显微组织及渗氮温度对耐冲蚀性能的影响。结果表明:C110钢的渗氮层厚度随渗氮温度的升高而增加。渗氮温度为430℃时,渗氮层为Fe3N相和少量Fe4N相,580℃渗氮时,渗层出现少量Fe3O4相的疏松层,640℃渗氮时渗层厚度进一步增厚并存在较厚的疏松层。盐浴渗氮后试样的表面显微硬度提高2~3倍,耐冲蚀性能得到很好的改善,在430℃渗氮4 h的样品耐冲刷腐蚀性最好,质量损失不足未渗氮样的十分之一,随着渗氮温度的上升,耐冲刷性能逐渐降低。
