650℃持久对HR3C耐热钢析出相的影响Effect of creeping at 650 ℃ on precipitates of HR3C heat-resistant steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了HR3C钢在650℃持久试验前后的微观组织,并探讨了持久过程中析出相变化对硬度的影响。结果表明:供应态HR3C钢的基体为奥氏体,存在大量孪晶及少量一次NbCrN和MX相。持久过程中析出二次触须状NbCrN和M23C6。持久初期,触须状NbCrN和M23C6的析出使得HR3C钢的硬度快速上升。持久1608 h后,不断增加的触须状NbCrN是硬度继续上升的主要原因。4203 h后,M23C6的粗化使得硬度开始下降。
