视角系数计算对工件加热过程温度场的影响Influence of view-factor calculation on temperature filed of workpiece during heating

摘要(Abstract):
不规则表面间的视角系数计算比较复杂,研究者模拟工件在热处理炉内辐射换热时一般将其简化为1。为了分析有无视角系数对工件内部温度场计算的影响,实测了4个圆柱形工件在燃气炉内加热过程的温度分布,并利用ProCAST软件模拟了有无视角系数计算的工件内部温度场。结果表明,计算视角系数得到的温度模拟值与实测值吻合;计算视角系数时,两相邻工件的相互靠近一侧温度偏低,比无视角系数计算的温度低达130℃;沿工件中轴线对称位置的上下表面温差最大约50℃。
