TA2/1060Al异种金属脉冲MIG熔钎焊Pulsed current MIG welding-brazing of TA2/1060Al dissimilar metals

摘要(Abstract):
采用Al-Si焊丝对TA2钛与1060Al进行平板对接脉冲熔化极氩弧(P-MIG)熔钎焊试验,用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等对接头显微组织进行分析;采用拉伸力学性能试验评价接头的可靠性,并对拉伸断口形貌进行分析。结果表明:采用P-MIG焊可获得可靠的TA2/1060Al熔钎焊接头,工艺具有良好的稳定性和可重复性;TA2钛与焊缝通过形成一层芽状Ti(Al,Si)3实现钎焊结合,Ti(Al,Si)3厚度在1~5μm;拉伸测试中Ti/Al熔钎焊接头全部断裂于铝母材中,钛侧钎焊界面的结合强度超过了铝母材。
