溅射NiCrAlY纳米晶涂层在900℃的热腐蚀行为Hot corrosion behaviour of sputtered NiCrAlY nanocrystalline coating in molten sulfate at 900℃

摘要(Abstract):
采用磁控溅射方法在高Cr镍基单晶合金上沉积晶粒平均尺寸小于100 nm的Ni30Cr12Al0.3Y涂层,通过对镍基单晶合金及其Ni30Cr12Al0.3Y涂层在900℃的75%Na2SO4+25%K2SO4熔盐中的腐蚀动力学曲线测定及组织观察,研究了Ni30Cr12Al0.3Y涂层对高Cr镍基单晶合金热腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,镍基单晶合金遭受了灾难性的热腐蚀,出现严重的内硫化和内氧化现象;而Ni30Cr12Al0.3Y涂层在热腐蚀过程中,仅涂层表面生成连续的Al2O3氧化膜,表现出优良的抗热腐蚀性能。
