扩渗时间对纯镁表面热扩渗锌层组织与性能的影响Effect of diffusion time on microstructure and properties of zinc coating on pure magnesium

摘要(Abstract):
在430℃大气条件下对纯镁表面进行扩渗锌处理,研究了扩渗时间对渗层厚度与组织性能的影响。结果表明,在纯镁表面可以形成均匀平滑扩渗锌层,渗锌层由Zn、α-Mg和金属间化合物Mg7Zn3、Mg0.97Zn0.03组成。渗层厚度随扩渗时间延长而增加,表面硬度随之提高,其中扩渗16 h硬度最高,达到168 HV0.01,这与渗层中的金属间化合物含量提高有关。同时,扩渗8~16 h的渗层在3.5%Na Cl溶液中耐腐蚀性能较好,渗层可以保护纯镁基体。
