气体渗氮35CrMo钢的耐蚀行为Corrosion behavior of 35CrMo steel after gas nitriding

摘要(Abstract):
用氨气作为渗剂,对35 CrMo钢进行不同时间的气体渗氮处理。借助光学显微镜和显微硬度计分别进行了渗氮层的微观组织观察和硬度测试,利用M398电化学综合测试系统测试了动电位极化曲线,并在高温高压反应釜中进行了CO2腐蚀行为的研究,利用SEM、EDS和XRD分析了腐蚀产物膜的结构和相组成。结果表明:35 CrMo钢经过气体渗氮后自腐蚀电位正移,自腐蚀电流密度下降;CO2高温高压模拟实验条件下,渗氮后平均腐蚀速度降低,腐蚀产物膜由致密、完整的晶体状FeCO3构成,有效降低35 CrMo钢的腐蚀速率。
