L415/316L复合管免充氩焊接接头组织与性能Microstructure and mechanical properties of L415/316L clad pipe joint fabricated by free-argon welding

摘要(Abstract):
对L415/316L复合管进行了充氩和免充氩焊接,采用光学显微镜、电子探针对焊缝组织及主要合金元素分布进行了分析,并采用硬度计测定了接头硬度分布。结果表明,是否采用氩气保护对L415/316L复合管焊接接头组织、化学成分及硬度没有影响。不锈钢层组织为奥氏体和少量铁素体,过渡层为板条状马氏体和类固溶体奥氏体。过渡层焊缝硬度明显高于碳钢层和不锈钢层。背部采用保护剂焊接可以代替传统的充氩焊接,以提高焊接效率。
