机械研磨对锌合金化学镀Ni-P镀层结构及性能的影响Effect of mechanical attrition on microstructure and properties of electroless-plated Ni-P coatings on zinc alloy

摘要(Abstract):
在锌合金表面化学镀Ni-P过程中,在镀液中加入玻璃球对镀层施加机械研磨作用。随后采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、显微硬度测试、电化学工作站等方法研究了机械研磨对化学镀Ni-P镀层结构及性能的影响。结果表明:机械研磨化学镀层是非晶态的,与传统化学镀层相比P含量有所降低;镀层致密,表面平整光滑、无孔隙;机械研磨化学镀工艺提高了Ni-P镀层的硬度和耐腐蚀性;机械研磨虽然降低了化学镀反应的活化能,但宏观化学镀速降低。
