利用钛铁矿制备纳米碳管/碳化钛复合粉体材料的工艺Technology of preparation of CNTs/TiC powder with natural ilmenite as raw material

摘要(Abstract):
以钛铁矿为原料,在等离子体和微波场的分步作用下,制得了纳米碳管/碳化钛复合粉体材料。通过研究纳米碳管的等离子体生长工艺和微波强制碳化工艺,得出了合理的制备条件:制备纳米碳管的条件为微波功率550W,腔体内压强5kPa左右,CH4流量2.3mL.min-1,H2流量45mL.min-1,处理时间40min。强制碳化处理阶段,微波功率900W,时间20min。结果表明,纳米碳管/碳化钛复合镀层具有较高的硬度和较小的摩擦系数。
