摘要(Abstract):
为了提高8021铝合金的性能,采用Nd和Sr元素作为变质剂对其进行了改性处理。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪和万能试验机等研究了Nd和Sr元素的添加对8021铝合金的第二相形貌、晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Nd和Sr元素之后,合金的晶粒组织得到明显细化,第二相的形貌也发生了明显变化,添加Nd和Sr元素含量的不同,8021铝合金的力学性能也有明显的改善。添加0.4%Sr成功地将合金中的β(Al_5FeSi)相变质为α(Al_8Fe_2Si)相,其抗拉强度、伸长率和杯突值分别为110.9 MPa、6.27%和8.12 mm。添加0.06%Nd显著改善了合金中共晶硅相的形貌,从而改善其力学性能,抗拉强度、伸长率和杯突值分别达到了114.0 MPa、8.11%和8.26 mm。
