氧化锆纳米陶瓷素坯成型研究

摘要(Abstract)：
用化学共沉淀法制备了8nm的氧化钇稳定四方氧化锆(Y-TZP)陶瓷粉体,并对用先凝胶注模成型后加压致密的方法来制备Y-TZP纳米陶瓷作了初步研究。结果表明,通过这种成型方法,可以获得相对密度达53%、平均气孔为3nm的ZrO2(3Y)素坯,坯体可在较低的温度下无压烧结致密化,在1250℃烧结2h致密度可达99%。
