Al-Mg-Si-Mn合金的TTT曲线TTT curves of an Al-Mg-Si-Mn alloy

摘要(Abstract):
为研究铝合金的淬火敏感性,采用分级淬火的方法测定了Al-Mg-Si-Mn合金的时间-温度-转化率(TTT)曲线,并与JMatPro软件绘制的TTT曲线进行了对比。利用EDS和XRD等分析手段并结合Avrami方程,研究了Al-Mg-Si-Mn合金在等温过程中的组织变化和相变动力学。结果表明:Al-Mg-Si-Mn合金在相同温度下等温时,随等温时间的延长电导率呈上升趋势;实验绘制和JMatpro软件计算得到的TTT曲线结果一致;实验合金TTT曲线的鼻尖温度为360℃,淬火敏感性较高;在高温区和低温区的淬火敏感性较低;动力学研究表明,实验合金中相变以针状和层片状沉淀相的增大、增厚交替为主。
