轮轨材料滚动摩擦条件下的波磨形成过程Corrugation forming process of wheel and rail materials under rolling friction

摘要(Abstract):
利用摩擦磨损试验机,在滚动干摩擦条件下运行至试样磨损面形成波磨。通过分析摩擦磨损过程中系统振动及各转数下试样磨损面形貌、轮廓、表层组织和硬度,研究轮轨波磨形成过程。结果表明:波磨的形成与试验机的机械振动和试样磨损面的不均匀性能有关。一定幅度的载荷波动是初阶波磨形成的必要条件,初阶波磨激发主振动并与其相互激励,形成波磨。均匀磨损阶段以黏着磨损为主并有一定程度的氧化磨损。波磨形成过程中,波峰处转变为以氧化磨损为主,波谷处转变为疲劳磨损,不同的磨损形貌在波磨刚开始形成时即可凭肉眼观察到。波磨形成后,波峰处表层组织及硬度稳定,波谷处表层组织塑性变形加剧,硬度逐渐提高。
